Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
All prices and charges on the website are in £ Sterling.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake. We endeavour to ship all orders within 24 hours so please notify us of any changes to your order as soon as possible!
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Special discounts in the form of offer codes only apply to goods not already discounted e.g. Clearance items.
Shipping And Handling
We try to ensure that all orders, stock permitting, are shipped out within 24 hours. However during exceptionally busy periods this may not be possible. If you chose a courier option we will supply you with the tracking code once your order is shipped.
Standard Delivery £4.50. We use Royal Mail 48 Tracked Delivery Service. Please allow 2-3 working days.
Next Day Delivery: £8.50 Order as many items as you require and still pay the one rate of £8.50 (UK Postcode restrictions apply) We use Parcelforce Next Day Delivery. *Please note the next day service applies Monday to Friday delivery. If you require a Saturday delivery service this costs £15.50.
ORDERS BEFORE 12PM - DESPATCHED SAME DAY
Place your order before 12pm and it will be despatch the same day (Mon-Fri excluding Bank Holidays)
We attempt to deliver your order right away. If products are in stock we will normally dispatch within 24 hours. However in very busy periods we can only ensure dispatch within 7 days.
Deliveries to Scottish Highlands and all UK Islands may take longer. International deliveries will be dealt with individually depending on region.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
Shipping quotes can be obtained from your shopping cart before commiting to buy based on order weight, and your location.
Charges for other regions and countries can be obtained by getting in touch with us.
While we take all reasonable steps to ensure a fast and reliable service, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website will be interruption or error free and will not be responsible for any disruption, loss of or corruption of any material in transit, or loss of or corruption of material or data when downloaded onto any computer system.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. If we have your e-mail address you will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Our e-mail will include an estimated time of delivery of the goods into our warehouse. Allow 7 days on top of this date for delivery to you.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is included. All other orders are VAT free.
We guarantee your satisfaction. Our products are all guaranteed for 12 months against faulty workmanship.

In addition to recording your site visits with cookies, and information permitting us to process orders and payments, the personal data you submit may also be used for general marketing purposes. We may send you catalogues and emails with information on our products and services that we feel may be of interest to you; to discuss account details; or for market research purposes.
We respect the privacy of your personal data, and will not without your consent make our mailing list available for marketing purposes to anyone outside of fab-furnishings.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 days for a full refund, excluding delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or mis-described.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition - i.e. unopened, unwashed, in their original packing and unused! We will not refund any items that are returned in an unsaleable state.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of English law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
