Delivery & Returns

We aim to ensure that all orders are dispatched within 24 hours, Monday – Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) from ordering and cleared payment. Order placed before 1pm will usually be dispatched the same day, however, during busy periods this may not be possible. There may be times when we are in the process of re-stocking certain items. In this instance, where an item is out of stock at time of receipt of order, we will contact you to advise you and arrange to hold your order or refund all/part of your order as you wish.
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a full delivery address. We cannot be held liable for any orders that are not delivered where the address supplied is incomplete or incorrect.

You will be sent an e-mail confirming the dispatch of your order, please check this carefully for errors and contact us as soon as possible so we can help rectify any problems.

All orders over £20 are delivered FREE, if under £20, the delivery costs are based on your order weight and shown in your basket prior to checkout. Where applicable, we will provide you with your parcel tracking code. Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery.

Next Working Day Delivery option is available on orders placed before 1pm. The cost of this is £8.50.

Delivery costs will be shown in your shopping basket before checkout. These costs are based on your order weight and location.
If your country or region is not available in the shopping cart, please contact us.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you feel your parcel has been lost or delayed. Where applicable we will have provided you with a tracking number to help with locating your parcel. It would be helpful to have your order number if you do need to contact us.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

PLEASE NOTE: Deliveries to Scottish Highlands and all UK Islands may take longer. International deliveries will be vary depending depending on the country/region.

We offer a money back guarantee in the event that you are not completely satisfied with your goods. You are also entitled to cancel your order and return the goods to us for a refund. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt of you order to notify us of your intention to return an item. The item(s) must be returned with the original packaging & any goods returned should be in saleable condition - i.e. unopened and unused. We will not be able to refund any items that are returned in a condition not suitable for re-sale.
You are responsible for the cost of the return and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so we recommend you use a service where you can track and insure your parcel. Your refund will be processed within 30 days of receipt.

Claims of damage, incorrect or missing items must be notified to us within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can help rectify any problems.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
