ORDERING FROM FAB FURNISHINGS
We shall accept an order only when we dispatch your order. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you on receipt of your order to the e-mail address given at time of ordering, any errors or omissions in your order must be notified to us as soon as possible to ensure we can rectify as necessary before your order is dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any order where goods are not available, where payment has been denied or withheld, if we find an error in either the pricing of an item or in the items description.
PAYMENT
Goods and services are charged at the current price at time of order placement. All prices include VAT, where applicable, at the current rate. We reserve the right to amend prices without prior notice and at any time. All orders are fulfilled by cleared funds only. All payments are secure and we do not at anytime have details of your card payment. You can pay quickly and securely by PayPal using major debit and credit cards. Discount or voucher codes must be used at the time of ordering and cannot be applied once the order had been made.

ERRORS AND OMISSIONS
We make every effort to ensure that all prices and descriptions quoted on our website are correct and accurate. However, some mistakes will occasionally occur. In the case of an error or omission, we will be entitled to rescind the contract, and our liability in that event will be limited to the return of any money the Customer has paid in respect of that order.
